Ian Sample, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, is president of KANE ADVISORY GROUP. He is a native Floridian born and raised in S.W. Florida and has been involved in financial services for over fifteen years. Ian’s early exposure to investing and financial planning has provided him the opportunity to greatly advance his career and industry knowledge.

Ian is a firm believer that consistency creates credibility and he strives to offer his clients the focused attention each one deserves. He has quickly become known, through award recognitions and community involvement, as a remarkable young professional with a wealth of industry knowledge. His early success has given him the ability to focus his attention on retirement planning and secure income sources. Through his life and personal family experiences Ian has realized one of the major components of an enjoyable retirement is financial security. With this understanding front and center throughout his career, Ian has been able to assist clients in establishing stable retirement portfolios so they can achieve the retirement lifestyle they always dreamed of.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Central Florida and a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from Nova Southeastern University. Ian has also earned the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) and Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designations through The American College.

His educational achievements are a direct reflection of the dedication he has to helping properly address client concerns. Ian believes his balanced perspective on investment and retirement planning provides him the opportunity to offer realistic advice and recommendations for short and long-term client goals.

Ian has been married to his wonderful wife, Minnie, for over 10 years. They have two daughters and two dogs, a Boxer and a Staffordshire Terrier. Ian is an accomplished water skier and has won numerous barefoot waterskiing tournaments throughout his life.
